I've just completed a whole new body of work. I'm going to introduce some of these new collages here, one by one, in the days to come. Much of it is based on the writing that I did last year. I'll also talk about the process, as we go along.
Here's the first one. It's called "Find Joy."
I'm loving the pink and the yellow. And I've really been visioning little birds. The photo is a tiny hand printed sepia photo of Montmatre, Paris, that has found it's way into other pieces. The text "Here. Here. Now." is snipped from the much longer poem which I posted here last year, "Entering the Shrine."
